I started cycling at the age of twelve. Up to the U17 age group I improved continuously and got a place in the national squad. In 2014 I was able to achieve my first successes and, together with three teammates, became German Vice Champion in the 4-man team time trial over 40km.
In 2015, I was able to start in the Junior Bundesliga for the first time. After the first junior races were still a bit bumpy, I was able to celebrate my first successes in the second half of the season. At the mountainous Bundesliga race in Herbram, I achieved a good second place. At the last Bundesliga race, the German Hill Climb Championship, I achieved my first big success with the championship title. As a result, I was called up to the junior national team in autumn 2015.
In 2016, I was able to build on my strong performances from 2015 in the junior category. I became German champion in mountaineering again and was allowed to compete in some high-class cycling races for the junior national team.
From 2017 to 2020 I was active in the U23 age group. In my first season there, I was able to secure the title of German Hill Climb Champion again. In 2018 I took part in the European Championship and finished nineteenth. In 2019 I became German U23 Vice Champion on the road.
In 2022 I had my best season so far with 7th place at the Sibiu Tour, 22nd place at the Deutschland Tour, the German runner-up title in the team time trial, 3rd place in the Rad-Bundesliga and the title of German Hill Climb Champion. Through these achievements, I was able to work out a professional contract with Lotto-Dstny.
